We live in a world of senses. Everything we experience is captured and brought to our consciousness only by our senses. They are our single point of contact to the reality in which we act. Therefore, at SIX we mainly use organic produce and are constantly in search of new organic farms and suppliers. Taking influence from abundant country fields, SIX combines the freshest ingredients with a passion for bringing out inherent flavours in a contemporary approach to cuisine. SIX offers a variety of dining experiences. From our intimate and ambient Dining Room, with thoughtful design and every romantic detail taken care of, to the more relaxed and informal Brasserie style dining area. We serve revitalising and delicious organic cold pressed juices, and offer a carefully designed plant based health food section as part of our menu, whilst maintaining the exceptional high quality throughout all areas in the venue. All ingredients are meticulously sourced and supplied directly by local producers to ensure they are of the freshest and highest quality available. We pride ourselves of roasting our own organic coffee and bake our own bread.
